NON-INVASIVE CARDIAC LAB:
For preventive, diagnostic and follow up of ailments, particularly cardiac, are carried out here. These are done with the help of Schiller Computerized Treadmill, 24 hr Holter Monitoring (for Cardiac Arrthymias), 24 hrs BP Holter Monitoring, Head Up Tilt test for Syncope, Colour Doppler Echocardiography, Arterial and Venous peripheral Doppler's, Carotid Doppler's.

GE INVASIVE AND INTERVENTIONAL CARDIAC LAB: Umkal Hospital possesses one state-of-the-art Cardiac Catheterization Lab. equipped for both cardiac and peripheral procedures. The lab. is designed specifically for endovascular procedures, to implant stents, pacemakers and defibrillators and to repair aneurysms.

The ICCU: It is equipped with bedside, defibrillators, infusion pumps, multi-parameter and central monitors, infusion pumps, life saving ventilators, pulse oxymeters, BIPAP from respironics, central oxygen supplies, central suction syringe pumps, central lines, blood gas analyzer, bed-side X-Rays, Ultrasound & ECHO, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps (IABP) monitoring, etc.
